Ingredients

  • 1 c. orange juice, other flavor will do
  • 1/2 c. yogurt, plain or possibly vanilla
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend till smooth.
  3. Serve.
  4. Be creative, change any or possibly all the ingredients for a variety of flavors.
