Marinated Veggie Platter
Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli ⓘ
- 1-2 heads of cauliflower ⓘ
- 4 carrots, cut in small strips ⓘ
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped ⓘ
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 jar of marinated mushrooms ⓘ
- 1 can black olives ⓘ
- 1 jar of artichoke hearts
- 1 red pepper, cut in strips ⓘ
- 1 yellow pepper, cut in strips ⓘ
- 1 12-oz. bottle Italian dressing ⓘ
Instructions
- Prepare all veggies by cutting into bite size pieces.
- Put them in a sealable plastic bag and pour the dressing over the veggies.
- Marinate in the refrigerator 24 hours, turning frequently.
- Drain thoroughly before arranging on a platter to serve.
