A fun and creamy snow tunnel cake featuring angel food cake, Cool Whip, and a milk pudding filling, perfect for light desserts and gatherings with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Deluxe angel food cake mix
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake as directed. Slice a 1-inch layer off the top.
  2. Gently hollow out a trench in the cake, 1 1/2 inches deep.
  3. Tear cake pieces from the trench into small pieces.
  4. Combine milk and pudding mix. Fold in cake pieces and 1 3/4 cups of topping into the pudding mix.
  5. Fill the trench with the mixture.
  6. Replace the top of the cake. Spread the remaining topping over the sides and top.
  7. Chill until set.
