Ingredients

  • 1 medium size head of cabbage
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • curry powder to taste
  • bacon pieces

Instructions

  1. Boil cabbage until tender, drain.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and spices and fold into cabbage while still hot. Top with bacon pieces.
