Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion salt
  • 2 teaspoon
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp cajon seasoning
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground coriander

Instructions

  1. heat a cooker to med to med high
  2. combine all ingredients and rub all over ribs
  3. oil the grate and place ribs bone side down over direct heat cover and cook 2 to 2 1-2 hour turn and spray with apple juice every 15 mins,
