Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 3 cups chilled sparkling water
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 1 jar salad cherries

Instructions

  1. Dissolve sugar in hot water and combine with lime juice.
  2. Cool in a 1 1/2-quart pitcher.
  3. Add chilled sparkling water to the pitcher.
  4. Add crushed ice to the pitcher.
  5. Garnish with a paper-thin slice of lime and cherries before serving.
