Special Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to directions.
  2. In a 2-quart casserole dish, mix cooked macaroni, mushroom soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Bake until bubbly in a 425° oven.
