Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • garlic
  • potatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet until hot.
  2. Crumble turkey and onion; stir.
  3. Cook until turkey is no longer pink.
  4. Drain.
  5. Stir in potatoes and garlic.
  6. Put in Manwich; cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
