Spicy Biscuit Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
  • 3 c. biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Melt cheese in top of a double boiler.
  2. Add sausage.
  3. Stir until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
  4. Add to biscuit mix; blend well.
  5. Form into 1-inch balls.
  6. Bake in a 450° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
