Spicy Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cucumbers
  • 1/2 c. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. crushed red chili or dash of chili oil
  • black sesame seed

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut cucumbers into 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Heat vinegar, oil, salt and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour over cucumber cubes and sprinkle with red chili flakes and black sesame seed. Serve cold.
