Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. blackened redfish seasoning
  • 6 (6 oz.) catfish fillets
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon-pepper seasoning and blackened redfish seasoning; set aside.
  2. Place catfish fillets in a single layer in a lightly-greased fish basket.
  3. Combine melted margarine and lemon juice; brush on each side of the fish.
  4. Grill fish 3 to 5 inches from hot coals for 5 minutes on each side, basting with the butter mixture when turned.
  5. Sprinkle each side of the fish with seasoning mixture.
  6. Baste and grill for an additional 3 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
