Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light raspberry dressing
  • 1 None lime, zested, juiced
  • 2 tsp minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 None medium watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 4 oz feta cheese, sliced 1/8 inch thick, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 18 None small basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Whisk together dressing, 1 tsp lime juice, 1/2 tsp lime zest and jalapeno.
  2. Assemble watermelon, feta and basil into stacks. Secure with toothpicks then drizzle with dressing. Chill until ready to serve.
