Spinach Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, 1/2 grated and 1/2 cubed
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream and
  2. spinach
  3. together, then mix in with cooked spaghetti. Mix in remaining ingredients, except grated Jack cheese.
  4. Put in 13 x 9-inch glass pan. Add grated cheese on top. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
