Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Thaw and drain broccoli and cauliflower.
  2. Add soup, 1/2 cup cheese
  3. and sour cream.
  4. Pour into 13 x 9-inch casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350° uncovered. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese
  5. and French
  6. fried
  7. onions.
  8. Bake 5 to 10 more minutes uncovered.
