Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites beaten until stiff peaks
  • 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites.
  2. Add oil when whites are almost done.
  3. Fold in flour.
