Sriracha Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil or 1 tablespoon light olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli to crisp-tender, about 8 minutes.
  2. While broccoli is steaming, mix remaining ingredients in a serving bowl.
  3. Add hot cooked broccoli to Sriracha mixture and stir to coat broccoli with sauce.
  4. Enjoy!
