Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • milk (approx. 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Flour (enough to make a batter)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Add flour as is needed to make a batter of a similar consistency to pankcakes.
  2. Fry in Crisco until brown and then turn to brown on the other side. When done, place on a paper towel to drain. Serve with granulate sugar on top!
