Ingredients

  • 2 lb flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Seal with steak in ziplock bag.
