Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. sirloin steak
  • 1 can mushroom pieces
  • 2 cans beef gravy
  • 1 pkg. wide noodles
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Remove fat from the steak and brown it in a skillet.
  2. Cut the browned steak into bite-sized pieces. Add mushroom pieces and beef gravy to the skillet and simmer.
  3. Cook the wide noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  4. Serve the steak and mushroom gravy over the cooked noodles.
