Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can water
  • 1 round steak, run through cuber or pounded
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place rice in a baking pan.
  2. Mix cream of mushroom soup and water together and pour over the rice.
  3. Place the pounded or cubed steak on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the steak if desired.
  5. Cover the baking pan with foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
