Steakhouse Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large Idaho baking potatoes
- kosher coarse salt ⓘ
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- Coat the outside of each potato with vegetable oil.
- Place the coated potatoes into a Ziploc bag and roll them in coarse kosher or rock salt.
- Do not wrap the potatoes in foil.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
