Instructions
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; combine egg, milk and fat.
- Add to dry ingredients to make soft dough.
- Drop from teaspoon into broth or stew.
- (Should be 3 cups broth; add water if necessary.)
- Steam 15 minutes.
