- Combine dry ingredients into bowl.
- Measure oil and milk together in a cup. Pour the milk and oil into flour mixture. Stir with fork until mixture cleans bowl and forms a ball.
- Knead dough until it looks smooth.
- Pat or roll dough out on wax paper.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 450° for 10 to 20 minutes.
