Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cabbage, sliced (about 4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 small nectarines, peaches or 2 small plums, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
  2. Refrigerate a 1/2 hour to let the flavors meld.
