Strawberry "Biscuit"

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  2. Have oleo cold; cut into small pieces.
  3. Mix with flour mixture.
  4. Pour milk over flour mixture and mix quickly.
  5. Make into medium-size biscuits.
  6. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. This biscuit is really good as a bread, also.
