- Sift dry ingredients together in bowl.
- Add eggs and milk and beat with spoon until mixture is just moist.
- Beat in cream and melted butter (do not overbeat).
- Pour batter into 8 1/2 x 11-inch buttered pan.
- Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
