Strawberry Cake Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. frozen strawberries
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 1 large box strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 c. hot water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in the hot water.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries.
  3. Chill until strawberries stay suspended in Jell-O. Fold 3/4 of the Cool Whip into the Jell-O.
  4. Break angel food cake into small pieces and add to Jell-O mixture until well coated. Spoon into angel food cake pan and chill for several hours. Unmold and frost with remaining Cool Whip.
