Strawberry Fruit Ice

Ingredients

  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix the juices, sugar, fruits and yogurt; put in freezer until almost set.
  2. Beat with mixer on high speed until creamy and fluffy.
  3. Cover and return to freezer.
  4. If fruit ice is made ahead of time, must be rebeaten, then put in the freezer for a little while.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
