- Combine the sugar and water in a medium size saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add the fruit punch, Hawaiian Punch, and pineapple juice, and stir to mix well.
- Pour into two 1-gallon plastic containers and freeze.
- Remove from freezer 1 to 2 hours before serving so the mixture begins to thaw.
- Break up the punch slightly before pouring into the punch bowl.
- Pour in the 7-Up or Sprite and gently slush the mixture using a dull knife.
- Divide the punch into portions when serving, especially if you don't have a large punch bowl.
