Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup small pearl tapioca
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 (2.75 oz.) boxes strawberry jello
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add tapioca to the boiling water.
  3. Boil gently, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Remove from stove and add strawberry jello, sugar, and strawberries.
  5. Cool in the refrigerator until set.
  6. After it sets up, fold in Cool Whip.
  7. Enjoy!
