Stuffed Avacado

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salsa
  • 2 teaspoons bacon
  • 3 sprigs cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado half way between the middle (where you would normally cut it) and the edge.
  2. scoop out all of the avocado with a spoon, and put it in a bowl
  3. DO NOT throw away the avocado skin.
  4. throw the seed away.
  5. mash it up (just like you would with guacamole).
  6. chop up the cilantro.
  7. add salsa, cilantro, lemon juice, and 1/2 of the bacon.
  8. add salt to taste.
  9. continue stiring and mashing until well combined.
  10. take the mixture and put it back into the avacodo skin.
  11. top with the remaining bacon and serve.
  12. ENJOY!
