Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare stuffing.
  2. Combine milk and meat; divide into 5 patties.
  3. On wax paper, pat each to 6-inch circle.
  4. Put 1/4 cup stuffing in center of each patty.
  5. Draw meat over stuffing; cover all stuffing.
  6. Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  7. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
  9. Makes 5 servings.
