Stuffed Shrimp Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked shrimp (medium to large size)
  • 1 c. cooked wild rice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 (1 lb. each) fish fillets

Instructions

  1. Combine shrimp, rice, curry powder, salt and butter.
  2. Spread between fillets; fasten together.
  3. Put on top with butter.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
