Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions and cool.
- Cut tops off tomatoes, core and remove seeds.
- Combine onion, cooked rice, cottage cheese, cream or milk, mayonnaise and salt.
- Stuff mixture into prepared tomato shells and serve.
