Ingredients

  • 1 ea. 4X4 Tomato
  • 3 ea. Shitake Mushrooms(sliced)
  • 3 ea. Asparagus Spears
  • 5 ea. Haricot Verts
  • 1 ea. Roma Tomato (diced)

Instructions

  1. take 4x4 tomato and remove meat and seeds. Take other ingredients except for cheese and saute in olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Take all ingredients and stuff into 4x4 tomato alternating with goat cheese. Topp with remaining chevre and bake in oven at 375 for 10 minutes.
