Stuffed Tomato Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 36 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Place tomatoes stem-side down on cutting board.
  2. Make an x-cut to within 1/4-inch of bottom of each tomato; carefully spread to open.
  3. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing mix and milk; blend well.
  4. Fill each tomato with heaping 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle tops with chopped parsley.
  6. Refrigerate up to 6 hours before serving.
  7. Makes 36 appetizers.
