Ingredients

  • 7 to 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 can apple or peach pie filling
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup water
  • 1 stick oleo

Instructions

  1. Spoon pie filling onto each tortilla and roll up.
  2. Place the filled tortillas in a baking dish.
  3. Combine sugar, water, and oleo in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Microwave this mixture until the sugar and oleo are thoroughly dissolved.
  5. Pour the syrup over the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
