A refreshing, sugar-free treat featuring pureed fruit and citrus flavors, perfect for hot days or a light dessert suitable for all ages and health-conscious eaters.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pureed fresh, frozen or canned unsweetened fruit
  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour into a freezer container or small electric ice cream freezer and freeze until almost set.
  3. Remove from freezer and beat until smooth.
  4. Return to freezer and freeze until firm.
