Summer Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. asparagus
  • 1/3 c. yogurt (plain)
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. diced fresh tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Lightly steam trimmed asparagus approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Combine all the remaining items and chill.
  3. Pour over asparagus immediately before serving.
