Ingredients

  • 1 lb. egg noodles (wide, medium or fine)
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the noodles until just tender.
  2. Drain and put into a large bowl.
  3. Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, salt and pepper and toss lightly to coat.
