Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 small can cream of coconut juice

Instructions

  1. Bake the white cake mix as directed on the box in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. While the cake is hot, punch holes in it with a fork and pour the Eagle Brand milk over it.
  3. Let the cake cool completely.
  4. Mix together the cream of coconut juice and whipped topping.
  5. Spread the coconut mixture over the cooled cake.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top of the cake and keep refrigerated.
