A rich, creamy fudge combining semi-sweet and milk chocolate morsels, sweetened with condensed milk and vanilla, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 6 oz. milk chocolate morsels
  • 14 oz. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate morsels with the Eagle Brand milk.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and nuts if using.
  3. Spread evenly into a wax paper-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
  5. Turn the fudge onto a cutting board, peel off the paper, and cut into squares.
  6. Enjoy!
