Super Simple Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 large sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (16 calories per serving)

Instructions

  1. Beat milk and pudding 1 minute.
  2. Add Cool Whip; stir gently. Sprinkle coconut on bottom of crushed crackers.
  3. Pour pudding mix on top of coconut.
  4. Sprinkle more coconut on top of pie.
  5. Chill, then serve.
