Ingredients

  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Measure dry ingredients into bowl.
  2. Add eggs and milk, then beat until mixture is fairly smooth.
  3. Batter will be thin.
  4. Pour into Teflon lined loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 360° for 30 to 40 minutes. Yields 1 loaf.
