Ingredients

  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. Pillsbury Hungry Jack buttermilk pancake and waffle mix

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream and egg in large bowl.
  2. Add pancake mix; blend until dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with seed.
  5. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
