Mom'S Baked Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
  • 3 eggs
  • milk
  • parsley
  • sliced American Cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil 1/2 pound elbow macaroni.
  2. Grease pyrex loaf pan.
  3. Alternate layers of macaroni and American cheese starting with the macaroni.
  4. Break 3 eggs and pour over macaroni.
  5. Fill baking dish with milk to almost cover macaroni.
  6. Top with bread crumbs, and parsley.
  7. Bake 350 degrees until set, usually about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
