Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (shells are good)
  • 1 cup diced surimi (I like crab flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix it all together.
