Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 3 1/2 cups Swanson chicken broth
  • generous dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, place potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain, reserving the broth.
  3. Mash the potatoes with 1 1/4 cups of the reserved broth and pepper.
  4. If needed, add additional broth until potatoes reach desired consistency.
