Ingredients

  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup liquid whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • frozen berries (blackberries or raspberries)
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine half and half, liquid whipping cream, sugar, and plain gelatin in a saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it reaches a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into serving dishes.
  4. Top with frozen berries and add sugar to taste if desired.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.
