Sweet corn chaat

Ingredients

  • 400 grams sweet corn
  • 1 medium size onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium size tomato chopped
  • 2 fresh green chilli chopped
  • dash of finely grounded red chilli powder
  • 4 coriander finely chopped
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir fry the corn for 3-5 mins (do not overcook) Flavor with salt and red chilli powder (gives a nice color to it)
  2. Take a bowl or a small glass container and put the ingredients in tomatoes, onions, green chilli's, a dash of chat masala and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add the fried corns on the top, sprinkle with coriander leaves and chat masala (my secret ingredient)
  5. Sweet corn chaat is ready.
  6. Serve and enjoy the snack.
